1. How do I register for the conference?
     Registration is available online

2. What are the registration fees and what do they include?
     Registration fees are structured by NSC membership status and with early bird/regular rate deadlines. Rates are available
here

 

3. Are there any discounts or group rates available?
     Group rates are available for organizations bringing 5 or more individuals. Please email
FutureofEHS@nsc.org for more information. 

 

4. What is the cancellation or refund policy?
     Full refunds (less a $75 administration fee) are available if a written request is received by February 1, 2025. To cancel or request a         registration transfer, please email
FutureofEHS@nsc.org

 

5. What is the conference schedule, and how do I choose sessions to attend?
     All sessions (excluding the concurrent sessions) will be presented in the Regency Ballroom. Concurrent sessions will take place in           separate meeting rooms, conveniently located on the same floor. 

 

6. Is there a virtual attendance option available?
     We are not offering a virtual attendance option this year. 

 

7. What is the dress code for the conference?
     Attendees are encouraged to dress business casual. Rooms can vary in temperature, so dressing in layers is recommended. 

 

8. Will presentation slides or session recordings be available after the conference?
     Attendees will receive a PDF of presentation slides. As a bonus, attendees who complete the exit survey will also receive an                     exclusive Executive Summary Report.
