Each person attending the NSC Labor Division Meeting must have an official 2025 NSC Safety Congress & Expo Badge 

 

STEP 1: Print out or save the confirmation email that you receive from NSC; "eventconfirmation@events.cdsreg.com" in September that contains your unique QR Code.

 

STEP 2: Upon arrival in Denver, visit the Colorado Convention Center, Registration Area -  Lobby A at one of the days/ times listed below to pick up your official Congress & Expo Badge. You will need a valid photo I.D. as well as the confirmation email with unique QR Code. 

Colorado Convention Center Registration/ Badge Pickup:
Friday, September 12: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 
Saturday, September 13: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 
Sunday, September 14: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
Monday, September 15: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Hyatt Regency Denver Registration/ Badge Pickup: 
Sunday, September 14th: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 
Monday, September 15th: 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m

• Your official Congress & Expo Badge will provide you with access to the Expo floor, with more than 1,000 exhibiting companies,  NSC Learning Lab Sessions, Safety Huddle Sessions, as well as admission to the Opening Session on Monday and Keynote Speakers on Tuesday.  Click here for the schedule of events at the 2025 NSC Safety Congress & Expo. 

In addition to your official Congress & Expo badge, all attendees must check in for the Labor Division Meeting
at the Hyatt Regency Denver Hotel, Mineral Hall, 3rd floor on Sunday starting at 7:30 a.m. If you have not already picked
up your official Congress & Expo badge by Sunday morning, we will provide a temporary badge until the Satellite registration desk at the
hotel opens.
