  • Safety interested Labor Division or union affiliated members
  • Regulators
  • NSC member company employees who are also union members

Where:                        All Labor Division Meeting events will take place at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. 

Event Cost:                $325 per NSC member employee or affiliate; $425 for nonmembers. Please contact customerservice@nsc.org if you need assistance accessing your membership information.

 

 

Are you accepting sponsorships? Yes! We love our sponsors, and depend on sponsorships to supply our daily breakfasts or refreshment breaks which are available to all attendees. What does my registration cover? 2025 Fall Labor Division Meeting registration includes: 
• Educational sessions, presentations and committee meetings as outlined in the agenda
• Breakfast on Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday
• The Award Program & Luncheon (Sunday)
• Reception (Wednesday) including light appetizers and a cash bar
• Two days of Expo-only access (Monday & Tuesday)

    *If you would like to upgrade from Expo-Only access to Full Conference access on Monday & Tuesday, please reach out to       Customer Service 

Please refer to the agenda for locations. 

Can I bring a guest for the Award Luncheon or the Welcome Reception? Yes, please register your guests prior to August 28th as part of your registration.  Cost is $60 each person for the luncheon or reception. 

Please note: health and safety protocols apply to all attendees of all events.

Will there be a raffle at the welcome reception? Yes! You are encouraged to bring raffle donations, such as t-shirts, mugs, and other items from your Local or employer for the welcome reception and raffle that will take place on Wednesday.  This fall, all proceeds will go to Pinnacol Foundation, providing educational opportunities for the children of injured workers. 

I am no longer able to attend – what is your substitution or cancellation policy? Attendance substitutions can be made until Friday, September 5, 2025.    

Cancellations received on or before August 28, 2025 will be assessed a $100 processing fee. All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted to divisions@nsc.org.  

Waiver: You understand and acknowledge the risks associated with attending the 2025 NSC Labor Division Fall meeting and are fully aware that you may be exposed to, infection, illness, injury, or otherwise. In consideration of the above, you hereby release National Safety Council of any liability related to your attendance.

I cannot come in person – will there be a virtual component to any of these meetings or events? No, at this time, we are planning a fully in-person event.

NSC Safety Congress & Expo badges must be picked up in person at the Colorado Convention Center Registration area on one of the following days/ times: 

Friday, September 12- 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 
Saturday, September 13- 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 
Sunday, September 14- 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

OR

Sunday, September 14- 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Denver Hotel (Satellite Badge Pick Up)

In addition to your Congress & Expo badge, all attendees must check in for the Labor Division Meeting
at the Hyatt Regency Denver Hotel, Mineral Hall, 3rd floor on Sunday starting at 7:30 a.m. If you have not already picked
up your official Congress & Expo badge, we will provide a temporary badge until the Satellite location at the
hotel opens.
