Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend but would like a colleague to attend in your place, a substitution can be made through October 23, 2026. To initiate a substitution, please email Sarah.VanHuis@nsc.org

Photography, Audio and Video Recording
Participants must follow the photography, audio and video recording policies. If you need clarity around the policies, please check with event organizers. NSC reserves the right to use meeting participant’s image or likeness for any current or future promotional consideration.

Code of Conduct
NSC reserves the right to exclude any participant found to be engaging in harassing, disruptive, or unprofessional behavior from participating in the current event with no refund and reserves the right to exclude the offending individual from any further NSC events, trainings or other activities.
