How do I register? Registration is accepted online here.

What does my registration cover? Your registration fee of $399 ($499 for nonmembers) covers registration for all of the Labor Division meeting. The full agenda will be available here. 

Can I bring a guest to the Welcome Reception? Of course! There is a fee of $20 per guest for the reception. Anyone attending the educational sessions will need a full registration.

Will there be a raffle at the welcome reception? Yes! You are encouraged to bring raffle donations such as t-shirts, mugs and other items from your local or employer for the welcome reception and raffle. Donations from your Locals are also welcome and checks can be made directly to the non profit. 

What Is Sistas With Tools and Why Is It the Raffle Beneficiary? The reception raffle will benefit Sistas With Tools, a San Francisco-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through careers in the skilled trades. The organization provides hands-on training, workforce development opportunities, and pathways into union apprenticeship programs, helping women build rewarding careers in construction and other trades. Sistas With Tools works closely with local unions, contractors, and industry partners to create opportunities for women who are often underrepresented in the trades. Their programs help participants gain valuable skills, confidence, and access to sustainable careers that support individuals, families, and communities. We are proud to support this impactful organization through our raffle fundraiser. By participating, you're helping expand opportunities for women entering the trades and supporting the next generation of skilled workers. I am no longer able to attend – what is your substitution or cancellation policy? Attendance substitutions can be made until February 5th, 2027.

Cancellations received on or before Friday, January 15, 2027 will be assessed a $100 processing fee. All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted to divisions@nsc.org.  

Waiver: You understand and acknowledge the risks associated with attending the 2027 NSC Labor Division Spring meeting and are fully aware that you may be exposed to infection, illness, injury or otherwise. In consideration of the above, you hereby release National Safety Council of any liability related to your attendance.

I cannot come in person – will there be a virtual component to any of these meetings or events? No, at this time, we are planning a fully in-person event.
