Who can attend:

  • Safety interested Labor Division or union affiliated members
  • Regulators
  • NSC member company employees who are also union members

Where:                        All events will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando for $139 per night. Hotel reservations should be made through this link by August 27.

Event Cost:                $250 per NSC member employee or affiliate; $350 for nonmembers. Please contact customerservice@nsc.org if you need assistance accessing your membership information.

Education Sessions and Keynotes

There is no additional cost to attend the special pre-session events. Registrations must be received before September 5 in order to receive the Monday NSC Safety Congress & Expo pass.

Special Pre-Session Events:

  • Monday NSC Expo access
  • September 17 pre-session on serious injury and fatality prevention
    • Appropriate for labor and/or management
    • Tuesday morning, September 17
    • Free to those registered for the Labor Division

Award Luncheon

Reception and Raffle supporting United Support & Memorial for Workplace Fatalities

How do I register? Registration is accepted online here or by accessing the NSC Congress & Expo registration.

What does my registration cover? Your registration fee of $250 ($350 for nonmembers) covers registration for all of the Labor Division meeting, a Monday Expo pass (a $100+ value), and the Serious, Injury and Fatality Prevention presession. The full agenda will be available here

Can I bring a guest for the Award Luncheon or the Welcome Reception? Of course! There is a fee of $60 per event for guests. Anyone attending the educational sessions will need a full registration.

Please note: health and safety protocols apply to all attendees of all events.

Will there be a raffle at the welcome reception? Yes! You are encouraged to bring raffle donations, such as t-shirts, mugs, and other items from your local or employer for the welcome reception and raffle. This fall, all proceeds will go to United Support & Memorial for Workplace Fatalities.

I am no longer able to attend – what is your substitution or cancellation policy? Attendance substitutions can be made until September 5 to ensure access to an NSC Expo pass. Substitutions after September 5 can not be guaranteed access to the Expo pass, but will be accepted until September 10 for the Labor Division meeting only. 

Cancellations received on or before Friday, August 16 will be assessed a $100 processing fee. All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted to divisions@nsc.org.  

Waiver: You understand and acknowledge the risks associated with attending the 2024 NSC Labor Division Fall meeting and are fully aware that you may be exposed to, infection, illness, injury, or otherwise. In consideration of the above, you hereby release National Safety Council of any liability related to your attendance.

I cannot come in person – will there be a virtual component to any of these meetings or events? No, at this time, we are planning a fully in-person event.
