Lynette Helmer is the Director of Wellness and Prevention Products & Services at WorkCare. She joined WorkCare in 2022 after the acquisition of Wellness Solutions, which she founded in 1997. With over 30 years of experience, Lynette specializes in developing and implementing employee health and wellness programs. She has worked with notable clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Orange County Transportation Authority. Lynette's expertise includes ergonomics, functional movement screenings, mindfulness-based stress reduction, advanced fitness testing, nutrition, sleep, and health coaching. She holds a B.S. in Health Promotion and Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.
