As VP of Workplace Mental Health at Mental Health America, Suzi is responsible for leading the strategic design and future direction of MHA’s workplace wellness programs. Prior to joining MHA in 2023, Suzi was Chief Strategy Officer at Mental Health Connecticut (MHC), an affiliate of MHA. An alum of University of Connecticut, Suzi began her career in book publishing, and has also worked for CT Public Broadcasting and Connecticut’s startup ecosystem. Suzi is a certified yoga instructor, has a certification from Cornell in organizational design, and serves on the Board of Directors for Copper Beech Mindfulness Institute (CBI).
