NSC Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Cancellations made before October 9, 2026 are preferred. No shows may be charged $500. To cancel or change your registration please email networks_customerservice@nsc.org.   

If you are unable to attend but would like to send a colleague in your place, please email Chris Louis (chris.louis@nsc.org)  and networks_customerservice@nsc.org by October 9, 2026. Last minute substitutions are accepted if unavoidable.

Disclaimer
NSC will make every effort to avoid changes to the program and events; however, some changes may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.

Risk Waiver
You understand and acknowledge the risks associated with attending this event and you are fully aware that you may be exposed to infection, illness, injury, or otherwise. In consideration of the above, you hereby release the National Safety Council of any liability related to your attendance.

Photography, Audio and Video Recording
Participants must follow the photography, audio and video recording policies at the event locations. If you need clarity around the policies, please check with event organizers at the event. NSC reserves the right to use meeting participant’s image or likeness for any current or future promotional consideration.

Code of Conduct
NSC reserves the right to exclude any participant found to be engaging in harassing, disruptive, or unprofessional behavior from participating in the current event with no refund and reserves the right to exclude the offending individual from any further NSC events, trainings or other activities.

Agreement
By completing your registration you agree to the terms, conditions and policies.
